The Unistone Euro-series was created in 2005 drawing upon our successes on the T-series and the U-series, and incorporates design wisdoms from Stuttgart, Germany and Harsdat, Norway. The Euro-series employs a patented circular clamp mounting structure, improved high-speed permanent magnetic powerhouse, and a grinding chamber that combines a self-cleansing mechanism and a fiber cutting mechanism to dispose of even the toughest salmon skin from the North Sea.
